Yes you can. It's not neccessary as lip glosses mostly have ingredients that are very nourishing for the lips.

You could use chapstick too.





But you may not need lip conditioner/chapstick under lip gloss. Only if your lips feel dry.

Ur not required the lip conditioner its fine with gloss directly
if your lips get flaky with lipgloss than do use conditioner, chap sticks help too.
