What is the best lip gloss out there?

I tend to break out around my lip area when I wear lip gloss mainly because of the oil in it. I'm looking for a non-sticky,non-oily lip gloss that will just make my lips glossy and nothing more. Any suggestions?What is the best lip gloss out there?
