Lip gloss?

I want to make my own EDIBLE lip gloss. So is there any type of an edible oil that is thick enough for lip gloss ingredient? I don't like those cooking oil type coz they are just to thin. Lets say...an oil that is as thick as maybelline shinylicious. Is there any?

use kool-aid(whatever color/flavor u want) honey, %26amp; sum crisco(thats pretty thick)

I'm not so sure about edible, but you could mix powder blush or eye shadow in vaseline. It may not look very smooth but when you put it on it will be silky and also moisturize your lips.
