What company makes the best lip gloss?

I want a lip gloss (not victoria's secret's beauty rush or anything) that will actually change the color of your lips, but it's not sticky (I have long hair and it always gets stuck in my lip gloss) I really want a peachy pink color but just a company would be good. I really don't like lip gloss that comes in a tube, I like the kind that you have to apply with your own lip brush. Does anyone know what kind of lip gloss Carmindy uses on What Not to Wear?What company makes the best lip gloss?
